NATURAL CHILDBIRTH CLASSES FOR HOSPITAL DELIVERY

If you plan to deliver in the hospital and want as many resources at your fingertips as possible, you will want to take this class. Our childbirth teachers will give you and your partner a detailed overview of what to expect physically, mentally and emotionally. But that's just the beginning.

HOME BIRTH CLASSES

If you plan to deliver at home you need to know the difference between the medical model and the midwife model of care. Our home birth classes prepare you to understand each person's role in the birth and how to make your home the safest and most comfortable place to deliver. We not only discuss the physiology of birth and what is happening during each stage of labor. We also teach you how to recognize emotional elements present among any of your birth team as well as yourself.
